Every month from May through November, STONEWALL closes its doors to the public on one Friday—to host something extraordinary.

Our Culinary Collaborations are intimate events celebrating the spirit of Colorado through a shared table, a handcrafted menu, and the presence of passionate producers that we partner with year-round.

Each Collaboration features a four-course feast from Chef Chris accompanied by thoughtfully paired wines, cocktails, or a combination of both. The from scratch menus showcase a single remarkable vendor—a local winery, distillery, ranch, farm, etc.— and highlights the flavors and stories that define the Rocky Mountain West.

Guests gather round a beautiful family table for an unforgettable, one-of-a-kind dining experience with fellow members of our community, visiting guests, and of course the dedicated, passionate Coloradans that have devoted their life to nourishing all of us.
Seating is extremely limited and must be booked in advance. Menus are not made available until a few days before the event at which point all seats have been filled.
